Zoya Lemeshev – Executive Director

Ms. Lemeshev brings over 30 years of experience in the rehabilitation field. She graduated from Middlesex County College with a degree in Applied Sciences and has spent her extensive career providing direct patient care to individuals.

Zoya’s journey into helping individuals with cognitive disabilities began through her personal experience with her children, who have special needs. This passion ultimately inspired her to start her own firm, where she offers an individualized, holistic approach to meet the needs of individuals and their families. Zoya is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all abilities through compassionate care.

Her extensive experience in rehabilitation allows her to focus on proper body mechanics, posture, therapeutic breathing, and injury prevention. Zoya incorporates therapeutic breathing and yoga into her practice, empowering individuals to understand their bodies better and manage stress effectively. She is accustomed to working with multidisciplinary teams and family members to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

Zoya continues to enhance her knowledge through ongoing education and training to provide the best care for each client.
